These terms cover your use of the Solid Rock Electric, LLC website, including the pages where you request service, view and accept quotes, view invoices and pay online. By using the site you agree to them.
Estimates, quotes and work
Estimates are free. A quote describes the work and price we're offering and is valid until the date shown on it. The specific scope, price, deposit and any terms for a job are the ones in the quote you accept. Information on this website is general and isn't a substitute for an on-site evaluation.
Payments
Invoices are due as shown on the invoice. Online card and bank payments are processed securely by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Refunds or billing questions are handled by contacting us directly.
Reviews and things you send us
When you leave a review or send photos, you confirm they're accurate and yours to share, and you allow us to display reviews on this website. We may decline to publish a review.
Using the website
Please don't misuse the site, try to access areas you aren't authorized to, or submit false requests. The site is provided as is; we work to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be error-free or online. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
