Information we collect

• When you request service or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, a description of the work, and any photos you choose to send.
• When you become a customer: the details needed to quote, schedule, perform and bill the work, such as job notes, photos of the work, quotes, invoices and payment records.
• When you pay online: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe and are not stored by us; we receive confirmation of the payment and its amount.
• When you leave a review: your name, rating and comments, which may be published on this website.
• Website visits: basic, anonymous visit statistics (such as which pages are viewed) to help us improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, provide and schedule electrical work, send quotes, invoices, receipts and appointment reminders, collect payment, keep business and tax records, and improve our service. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run the business (website and data hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), and only as needed for them to do that work, or when required by law.

Google Calendar

Our business software can connect to the business owner's own Google Calendar so scheduled jobs and appointments appear there and calendar changes come back into the software. It reads and writes events on that calendar only for that purpose. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The connection can be removed at any time from the software's Settings or from the Google account's security settings.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business, warranty and tax record-keeping requirements. Information is stored with reputable hosting providers, access is limited to our team, and connections to this site are encrypted.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting us below. We'll honor the request unless we're required to keep certain records by law.
